The employees are very nice, smiling, they try to fulfill the guests everything they see in their eyes, if it is possible for them. We were very pleased with the welcome drink at the reception and the gift that was brought to our room, "champagne". The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and fragrant. A really great and beautiful hotel with a beautiful view.

The location is superb, the staff were friendly and gave instructions on where to park. Rooms were clean and even got some sparkling wine as a courtesy. Would come back again for the location alone.

Our stay at the Luxury Family Hotel was absolutely excellent. The location is unbeatable, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Charles Bridge, which made it perfect for exploring the city on foot. The hotel itself has a charming, classic style with beautiful antique details, but everything is very well maintained and spotless. The combination of elegance and comfort made our stay truly special. Service was great, the atmosphere was warm, and every detail contributed to an unforgettable experience in Prague. I can highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The staff were some of the kindest people we have met, giving us what felt like special treatment towards our stay for my husbands 60th birthday. The property itself is a given, as well as beautifully managed, the interior and exterior is flawless, really adding to the experience of Prague. To finally top it off with a cherry on top, the location is perfect for holiday goers. You are in close proximity to the tourist attractions and just the city in general. Highly recommend this establishment, I’ll certainly be back for another great stay, at some point in the future.

Luxury Family Hotel is very well located. Only 5 min walk to Charles Bridge or 5 min tram ride to the Castle/Cathedral. Short walk to tram stop, eateries, pubs, souvenier shops etc.Everything about the hotel is lovely and unpretentious. Friendly staff that speak english. Quiet location across the road from the Czech Senate. Very comfortable air conditioned room, and comfy bed. Good size bathroom, with bath. Convenient to have a lovely buffet breakfast every morning.

Great location, very nice room with comfortable beds, they gave us a glass of champagne when we checked in which was a very nice touch.

Excellent location. Walkable to everything you could want to see or do in Prague. View from the room was stunning. Welcome drink on arrival was a very special touch. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Special mention to staff member Alisher who couldn't have been anymore helpful during our stay, very much appreciated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat
